Remuneration: up to PLN/H net + VAT, depending on the experience

Type of assignment: B2B contract

Duration of assignment: long-term

Primary Locations: Tricity or Warsaw

Hybrid Work Model: 1 day in-office, 4 days remote

We are seeking a Senior IT Analyst to analyze and optimize IT systems within the consumer finance service domain, supporting the development and implementation of innovative technological solutions.

Responsibilities:

Eliciting business requirements and collaborating with the Product Owner on defining features.

Actively working with Architects to define solution design.

Defining and documenting requirements (functional and non-functional).

Collaborating with development/agile team and multiple stakeholders.

Requirements:

Experience in business analysis in IT (at least 5 years).

Experience in using Jira and Confluence.

Have knowledge and experience in API integrations.

Being acquainted with an Agile way of working and methods.

Have great analytical skills and understanding of consumer lending products.

Fluent in English, written as well as spoken.

Nice to have:

Formal qualification (IREB, IIBA, IQBBA, PMI/PBA).

BPMN and UML knowledge.
