DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

As an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Lead within our organisation, you will spearhead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of RPA solutions to automate and transform business processes. This pivotal role combines the expertise of a Business Analyst, the organisational skills of a Scrum Master, the oversight of a Project Manager, and the technical acumen of a Solutions Architect.

Based in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the role involves remote work with occasional travel to collaborate with teams and stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in driving efficiency, innovation, and excellence in our operational processes through effective leadership and technological insight.

As the RPA Product Owner, you will:

  • Lead strategic planning efforts for the RPA product, ensuring alignment with business goals to foster efficiency and innovation. Provide clear leadership and guidance to the RPA team, nurturing a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a senior business analyst to meticulously assess and evaluate critical business processes for automation potential. Craft comprehensive automation strategies aimed at boosting productivity and slashing operational expenses.
  • Take charge of the entire project lifecycle, from inception to deployment, guaranteeing timely delivery within budget constraints and upholding high-quality standards. Employ scrum methodologies adeptly to manage project timelines and deliverables with precision.
  • Collaborate closely with senior developers to conceptualize and architect scalable, resilient RPA solutions. Ensure seamless technical integration of RPA solutions with existing systems and infrastructure during the design phase.
  • Engage proactively with key stakeholders throughout the organization to garner alignment and support for RPA initiatives. Communicate intricate technical aspects in a clear, accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Foster the professional growth and proficiency of the RPA team through mentorship and tailored development opportunities. Cultivate a cohesive, high-performing team capable of executing sophisticated automation projects effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal RPA Product Owner :

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Possession of a master's degree or professional certifications in Agile Scrum/project management, RPA, or related areas is highly desirable.
  • UiPath Accreditation is essential, with advanced degrees or certifications in RPA Business Analysis being highly advantageous.
  • Possesses prior experience as a Product Owner, demonstrating leadership in RPA development projects and a track record of successful automation implementations. Proficiency in UiPath Cloud and its modules (Apps, Task Capture, Document Understanding, etc.) is essential.
  • Exhibits broad technical proficiency, including familiarity or experience with various coding languages, SQL, API development, and understanding of systems integration. Experience with cloud technologies and modern software architecture is advantageous.
  • Demonstrates exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of assessing technology's impact on business processes and efficiency, and devising strategic solutions accordingly.
  • Displays strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Communicates effectively and collaborates seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels, both in-person and remotely. Proficient at fostering collaboration and driving project success through effective communication.
  • Shows flexibility to travel occasionally for team meetings, stakeholder engagement, and project implementation.
