About Workbase

Responsibilities
  • Ticket Management: Create and organize tickets aligned with our product roadmap, ensuring clear descriptions for development tasks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth product development.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing stakeholder needs with the development team's capacity.
  • Feedback Integration: Act as a liaison between customers, stakeholders, and the development team to incorporate feedback into the development process.
  • Testing: Ensure the platform's quality through thorough QA sessions.
Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations
  • English proficiency of level B1 or higher.
  • EU Citizenship or EU Work Permit
  • Willing to work on-site in Wrocław
Compensation as a Software Project Manager

Approximate Salary: PLN – net/month – B2B contract

Approximate Salary: PLN – gross/month – Permanent employment contract

Your actual base salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for incentives like monthly team performance bonuses, virtual company stock, profit sharing, and long-term cash awards.
