Currently, there is an exciting opportunity at the Bruker Business Support Center (BSC) in Warsaw, Poland. The BSC serves as a hub for business services, including Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Customer Services for Bruker Corporation in EMEA and the Americas, offering a chance to be part of a growing and dynamic team.

The VAT/TAX Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring VAT compliance across EMEA legal entities. Working closely with various teams, this role involves defining processing guidelines, training teams, and overseeing quality controls of VAT declarations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train Accounting and Sales teams
  • Define VAT-related process guidelines
  • Ensure timely and accurate VAT filings
  • Approve VAT declarations
  • Support audits and provide data for auditors
  • Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of VAT experience
  • Strong knowledge of VAT legislation, particularly German laws
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level) and German is a plus
  • Experience with tax information sources and local advisors
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
  • Clear communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Previous experience in international corporations
