We are looking for a Compliance Manager (Low RiskVerticals/Payment Service Providers) to join our team in Poland, UK or EU. If you are looking for challenging projects with high autonomy and ownership this offer is for you.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (at least 2 years) in a compliance role, with a focus on low-risk verticals and/or payment service providers.
  • Degree in Law/Business/Finance or relevant certifications is a plus but not a must.
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks, such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Payment Card Schemes.
  • Good knowledge of the payment services industry.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex compliance concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the Lowest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures for low-risk verticals and payment service providers.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments on to identify potential compliance issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations and changes in the regulatory landscape, ensuring that the organization remains compliant with relevant laws, regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into business processes and systems, especially with Sales Team and
  • Onboarding/Underwriting Team.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance matters related to low-risk verticals and PSPs.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in compliance management within the low-risk and PSP sectors.
