Consulting Location: 100% remote Type of employment: B2 B Budget: PLN net / hour / b2b Project area: delivering architectural concepts on the Enterprise level of Service Now solutions Project duration: Permanent Project language: English Start date: ASAP Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union responsibilities : Design and customize Service Now applications, modules, workflows, and forms based on business requirements Create full project documentation (HLD, LLD) and build implementation plans Take end-to-end ownership of the implementation project Deliver architectural concepts on an enterprise level, with Service Now as a key element of larger modules Create scoped applications and troubleshoot custom scoped applications.
Work with VA Chat, including setting up a VA Chat, creating/editing topics, and troubleshooting VA Chat integrations Create Flows and sub-flows, including setting integrations via FLOW Designer Handle CMDB implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance Utilize advanced skills in Service Now scripting and work with highly customized Service Now Platforms Work with Widgets, including troubleshooting and customization Manage Agile sprint work and Kanban work Provide alternative technical solutions or guidance as needed Design and implement Service Now configurations including tables, fields, forms, reports, and dashboards Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of developed solutions Create technical documentation including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans requirements-expected : Extensive experience working with Service Now platform, including configuration, customization, and administration At least 7 years of experience in the role of Service Now Architect Expert-level knowledge in Service Catalog and Request Fulfilment Have proven experience with Service Now integrations with other third-party systems and applications using APIs, web services, and integration tools Practice in the implementation of Service Now Mobile Application Understand ITIL processes Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale Service Now implementations and projects Being reliable and self-managing Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Experience working in Agile or Scrum methodologies, with a focus on delivering incremental value to stakeholders Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders Fluent English Must have for CMA Level Architect role: Service Now Certified Master Architect Mainline Certification in CSA, CAD, and at least 4 other CIS Implementation certifications TOGAF certification offered : Unique opportunity to join an international team and lead innovation projects Private medical care (with dental care financed 70% by the company)Life Insurance Multisport Card Flextime Integration events benefits :
