JOIN OUR TEAM As a Junior Supply Chain Manager you will be contributing to developing the Global Supply Chain function at Westwing even further. You will be responsible for managing the customer-facing end of the Westwing Supply Chain, which includes the tracking, analysis and delay management of our customer orders. You will work closely with our Supply Chain Managers but also with cross-functional teams such as Customer Care, Finance and Operations. This position is located in Warsaw and is unlimited. WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • closely track our customer order delivery times to ensure the timely delivery of our goods
  • own our customer order processing logic by building your knowledge of orders' flow in our database and in the warehouse and by ensuring proactive communication to our customers
  • build new tools and enhance existing ones to drive automation
  • supportSupply Quality team, to ensure smooth order fulfillment processes;
  • close cooperation with our internal departments (Supply Chain Management, Customer Care, Operations, etc.)
YOU COME WITH
  • bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management, business administration, or a related field will be an asset
  • ability to thrive in a high growth, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
  • fast comprehension and willingness to learn
  • good problem-solving skills, with a "hands-on" attitude and the ability to focus both on detail and fast execution, always with a focus on our Westwing customer satisfaction
  • good skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • strong communication skills and ability to clearly communicate with different stakeholders
  • fluency in English
