Purpose of Position:

This Sales Assistant role is a crucial part of our commercial teams at Client Services. Our Commercial Team consists of New Business and Growth & Retention, and you will be providing administrative support to both teams. Your role will involve supporting major brands in the DACH region, primarily in Retail, Travel, and Telecom sectors.

In this position, you will ensure that all required checks on new Advertisers are completed, saved, and leads are assigned to the appropriate Sales Member. Your main responsibilities will include delivering top-quality administrative support to the team.

This role serves as an excellent entry point into the industry, offering insights into creating a successful affiliate program and Awin's role in this process. Many individuals who started as AdOps Specialists at Awin have progressed to leadership roles like Client Services Director, Head of Department, and Client Partner.

This position can be carried out effectively remotely, making it ideal for permanent remote work from Poland.

Key Tasks:

  • Accurately updating Salesforce CRM system and assigning leads to team members
  • Identifying and recording competitor brand activities
  • Managing, updating, and regularly reviewing sales documents and repositories
  • Assisting Sales Managers with client presentations
  • Drafting internal and external communications
  • Creating and sending Publisher recommendations to Advertisers
  • Discovering new Publisher partners and processing applications
  • Providing assistance for ad-hoc administrative and reporting tasks

Skills & Expertise:

  • Confidence in dealing with people via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Approaches challenges with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Highly organized and efficient, even under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with a proactive and independent work approach
  • Fluency in English and good German skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines
  • Supportive of colleagues and willing to take on additional responsibilities
  • Attention to detail for both internal and external tasks
  • Proactive in enhancing work efficiency and quality
  • Accountable for individual tasks and arranging coverage for time off
  • Mentoring junior staff once settled in
