Inviting applications for the role of RTR Business Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities

  • General accounting tasks (GL account maintenance, journal entries, closing activities, reporting etc.)
  • Making the balance sheets and checking all the accounts (banks, CIT, client accounts)
  • Closings and reconciliations for the led accounts (bank, CIT, client accounts)
  • Analyzing and following the accounting journals, making reclassifications and corrections
  • Booking of incoming payments (bank statements, remittance advices)
  • Running unapplied cash (unapplied cash investigation, follow-up and supervising for reporting purposes)
  • Offering the vital reports and information for the internal and external controls
  • Preparing monthly performance reports according to the established contract indicators and any other additional requested reports to be reviewed by the client
  • Log issues and risks that surface during configuration, training or other team activities and follow-through on resolution of those issues

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in RTR roles, such as: Financial Accounting/Treasury/Tax/Statutory Reporting
  • Understands the composition of financial documents (Cash Flow, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) and key financial metrics
  • Understanding and knowledge of RTR Standards, Processes & Technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills due to implementing new platforms and taking part in transition process
  • Communicate fluently in English
  • Computer Literacy: MS Office, particularly Excel and knowledge of 1 platform: SAP Group Reporting, SAP ICMR, Planon Backline Cloud, SAP Advanced Close
  • Ability to prioritize and work well within a dynamic environment
  • Experience in implementation of new platforms and transition processes
