LEO Pharma Treasury is a small and dedicated team consisting of 10 employees, whose work is divided into three pillars: "Financial Risks & Policies," "Operations & Systems," and "Global Accounts Receivable." We have a strong, trustworthy, and professional work environment with cross-collaboration between offices located in Gdansk, Poland, and Ballerup, Denmark. All employees have cross-functional work duties, but typically their core expertise is anchored in one pillar. Your work will be anchored in Operations & Systems, but as you get into the role and learn the function, there will be room to engage, develop, and take responsibility for other areas.

Your role

As a Treasury Expert, you will have a dual role of knowing the SAP Treasury Systems in detail as well as being part of performing daily duties. The daily duties consist of taking ownership of KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) management for financial institutions and supporting the development and improvement of Treasury in-house bank processes.This position will be based out of Ballerup, Denmark or Gdansk, Poland.

Your main responsibilities

Include providing expertise on developing and managing the daily operations of:

• System expert in SAP Treasury, ECC.

• In-house Bank Management
• Reporting, postings, and transactions conducted in SAP ECC/SAP Treasury

• Project management of bank-related interfaces in close cooperation with the IT department and external partners

• KYC management of information for relevant financial partners

• AML deliveries for external banking partners

However, the position will also involve:

• Enhancing and standardizing Treasury setup and processes globally

• In-house bank administration, including internal funding, cash flows, credit limits, and loan agreements

• Driving and developing user interfaces of various data systems, which are inputs for financial risk analyses

• Identifying, analyzing, and understanding internal cash flow before realization.

Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should have a good understanding of working with SAP Treasury ECC. Also, previous knowledge of KYC and AML processes is considered an advantage. Relevant experience of a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar position within Treasury is an advantage. You should have strong communication skills in both written and verbal English, as well as a result-focused, proactive, self-motivated, and hands-on attitude.

• A master's degree in finance or a similar field

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position within cross-land Treasury and data systems in a multinational company

• Experience with cross-functional responsibilities related to data flows and system development in collaboration between IT and Finance.
