Come join us Learn more at .The new D&B Hoovers is a sales acceleration solution that helps you close business faster by leveraging data and analytics. B2B sales professionals can engage more effectively with customers to grow their business through real-time updates and powerful analytics. The APO will play an important role as a leader and an enabler of the whole project. In Hoovers project you will coordinate several teams located worldwide. This is an FTC ending in November 2025.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate several international tech teams Communicate effectively and respectfully with teams Facilitate effective and efficient meetings, including Agile/Scrum ceremonies, that have actionable outcomes Spot and remove impediments for teams Support transparency into the team's work through metrics Engage multiple roles and stakeholders in critical discussions and consensus building Coach and educate teams on Agile practices and values Ensure Agile/Scrum/Kanban fundamentals are adhered to and be a voice of accountability and Agile expertise Help identify and mitigate any external dependency risks in feature/product development Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and their teams on deliverables Support the Release Train Engineer on program level initiatives

Requirements:

5 years minimum as a full-time Scrum Master in a software development or delivery organization A thorough understanding of Scrum, Kanban and general Agile fundamentals, values, and practices Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) Cutting edge engineering practices experience (e.g. DevOps, CI / CD, automation) Fluent English

Preferred requirements:

Experience working in an environment utilizing current and modern technologies (e.g. SaaS, Enterprise Web Applications, etc.) Scaled Agile environment experience BS in Engineering or related discipline All Dun & Bradstreet job postings can be found at and .
