Twój zakres obowiązków, Przeprowadzanie analiz projektowych i opracowywanie rekomendacji usprawnień projektów., Zapewnienie zgodności działań w projekcie z przyjętymi przez organizację metodykami i standardami., Weryfikacja poprawności dokumentacji projektowej., Monitorowanie rejestrów ryzyk, zagadnień oraz problemów projektowych., Aktywny udział we wdrażaniu struktury i zasad projektu w organizacji., Wsparcie raportowania portfela projektów przed Zarządem.
Wykształcenie wyższe., Minimum 2 letnie doświadczenie na stanowisku PMO., Doświadczenie w wykorzystaniu klasycznych oraz zwinnych metod zarządzania projektami., Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B2., Znajomość praktycznych zasad opracowania dokumentacji projektowej., Znajomość zasad prowadzenia projektów w ujęciu portfelowym., Bardzo dobra znajomość Power Point, Excel., Znajomość MS Project, Jira., Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia z dużą dbałością o szczegóły., Skrupulatność, szczegółowość., Efektywne działanie pod presją czasu., Dobra organizacja pracy własnej.
