Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy Product Managera z zacięciem w stronę analizy biznesowej, który wesprze zespół swoimi umiejętnościami technicznymi i doświadczeniem. Firma skupia się na tworzenia u dostarczaniu rozwiązań w celu napędzania zrównoważonej transformacji w wiodącej na świecie grupie linii lotniczych. Jak to robią? Wspierają swoje linie i partnerskie firmy, dostarczając im kreatywne rozwiązania/ autorskie systemy oraz usługi finansowe, zaopatrzeniowe i lotnicze.

Klient szykuje się do przesiadki z SmartRecruiters na Workday i poszukuje osoby, która przeprowadzi wdrożenie od A do Z, a po wdrożeniu systemu zaopiekuje się i utrzyma platformę. W tej roli będziesz niejako mostem komunikacyjnym pozwalającym na swobodną komunikację zespołów technicznych i nietechnicznych. Będziesz odpowiadać za wizję i strategię produktu, a następnie za rozwijanie klarownej strategii wdrażania go do organizacji. Po implementacji rozwiązania praca będzie wymagała bliskiej kooperacji z wieloma zespołami, a w szczególności HR/ People & Culture, z którymi będziesz weryfikować cele i wymagania dotyczące dalszego rozwoju. Dla klienta istotne jest wcześniejsze doświadczenie we wdrażaniu systemów HRowych pokroju HRIS i podejściu HCM/ HRM. Praca w dużej mierze oparta na prowadzeniu efektywnej komunikacji, analizie biznesowej i koordynacji zadań między wieloma zespołami.

Klient doceni wcześniejsze doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku korporacyjnym, jednak idealny kandydat to przede wszystkim osoba samodzielna z dużym poczuciem odpowiedzialności, która nie boi się przejmować inicjatywy i samoorganizować swój czas pracy.

Praca co do zasady w trybie zdalnym, jednak szczególnie we wczesnej fazie projektu przewidywane jest kilka wyjazdów do Londynu w celu ustalenia wizji i planów z managementem z UK (około 5-6 podróży na 2 dni). Dlatego poszukiwana jest osoba, która może sobie pozwolić na takie wyjazdy i chętnie podejmie się pracy w takim systemie.

Klient preferuje kandydatów zlokalizowanych w okolicach Krakowa lub Warszawy.

Codzienne zadania:

Planowanie wdrożenia, analiza biznesowa, gromadzenie wymagań i ich priorytetyzacja

Ścisła współpraca ze zainteresowanymi stronami (szczególnie działy HR), klientami i zespołami deweloperskimi

Priorytetyzacja dostarczanych funkcji i historii użytkowników, zapewniając ich zgodność z potrzebami zespołu HR oraz możliwościami technicznymi

Dokonywanie decyzji opartych na danych i dostosowywanie road-mapy produktu

Zapewnienie wsparcia technicznego (np. propozycje doboru narzędzi, pomoc w technicznych wyzwaniach)

Promowanie user expirience oraz reprezentowanie klienta w dyskusjach produktowych

Zarządzanie backlogiem (z utrzymaniem historii użytkowników, specyfikacjami technicznymi i kryteriami acceptance + ciągłe dopracowywanie backlogu w celu odzwierciedlenia zmieniających się priorytetów i wymagań)

Prowadzenie otwartej komunikacji między zespołami, dostawcami i stakeholdersami

Współpraca z Business Owners w celu utrzymywania wiedzy dotyczącej produktu

Monitorowanie postępów prac rozwojowych, zapewniając terminowe dostarczanie funkcji i spełnienie standardów jakości

Wymagania:

Około 5 lat doświadczenia w pracy jako Product Owner lub w podobnej roli

Mocne produktowe podejście i doskonałe doświadczenie w wdrażaniu rozwiązań e2e

Bogate doświadczenie w budowaniu relacji z udziałowcami/ C-level managementem

Biegłość w przekładaniu złożonych koncepcji funkcjonalnych i technicznych na klarowne user stories i wymagania

Znajomość zagadnień związanych z systemami ERP (w szczególności HRIS, ogromnym atutem będzie znajomość Workday)

Bardzo dobra znajomość specyfiki narzędzi HRowych i koncepcji HCM/ HRM

Dobra znajomość zagadnień związanych z analizą biznesową

Wysoce rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne i zdolność do bliskiej współpracy z wieloma zespołami

Proaktywne podejście i zaangażowanie

Angielski na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację w zespole (B2/C1)
