To our Global Finance Service Centre based in Gdańsk, we are looking for OTC Associate who will be primarily responsible for the daily posting and allocation of payments of all invoice types across all ledgers within scope. You will act as the main conduit between ISS Central Finance and Rebates collection teams to ensure timely, right first- time cash application in line with the OTC Controls. You will be responsible for identifying any unallocated payments and driving receipt of remittances within a timely manner to ensure the integrity of the AR ledger. You will also be responsible for the timely and accurate provision of data sets to support end to end reporting – including business input performance to support Service Level review.

What you'll do:

Timely and accurate posting and application of cash received. Maintain detailed status reporting and clearance for all unallocated payments Engage with ISS finance and BU teams to identify non-compliance to process and to re-educate stakeholders/customers in the process to drive the integrity of the balance sheet. Develop and enhance reporting for GSS OTC in scope activities to support the GSS service delivery model Engage with GSS colleagues for Process Improvement and develop efficiencies Work with the Head of OTC to deliver continuous improvement and support initiatives to maintain the integrity of the systems Support internal and external audit requests Perform the review and maintenance of SOPs ensuring version controls are up to date Take ownership of own development as a leader Act as back up for Billing process if required

Professional skills you possess:

Cash/Cash and Banking experience Good understanding of other processes within end-to-end OTC (i.e.,Credit Control Query Management and Cash forecasting) Prior experience of working within a Finance Shared Service Centre and similar role within a multi-site Good understanding of OTC processes to support the team (advantageous) Proactive, forward thinking, with tenacity and good analytical and communication skills to support relationship building and stakeholder management. Works independently and as part of a team, to tight deadlines Intermediate level of IT skills (incl. Vlookups and Pivot tables)
