Derivatives Specialist, Associate 1

This is an opportunity for an A1 entry level to work in the OTC Derivatives field in Poland. Successful candidates will gain extensive knowledge of derivatives products & OTC markets supporting global trading books.
The role includes daily interaction with internal teams, brokers, custodian banks, and clients to provide timely support and resolution of trade related inquiries and processing.

What you will be responsible for:
Carry out core processing activities following established procedures. Ensure all transactions are accurately processed and communicated to third parties. Research and resolve exceptions, reconciliations, and other issues. Handle inquiries promptly and effectively communicate with clients when necessary. Recommend process improvements, prepare documentation, and escalate unresolved issues with urgency. Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of results. Identify and report risk and compliance issues. Adhere to Risk Excellence standards and perform assigned duties.What we value:

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
University students or graduates. Prior experience in banking or finance is advantageous. Proficiency in English, numerical and analytical abilities, and Microsoft Excel.We offer:
