Our client, a prominent bank, is undertaking a critical Flexcube upgrade project as part of their Core Banking Transformation program.
This transformation initiative encompasses four major streams, which have dependencies on each other:Flexcube Transformation
Non-production platform delivery
Pan-Baltic integration platform
Infrastructure and Network strategy implementation (Data Center move)
The Flexcube Transformation project involves:
Clarifying business requirements and defining use case criteria, ensuring acceptance from business stakeholders.
Upgrading Flexcube from version 8 to 13.
Integrating Flexcube with over 40 satellite systems and a data warehouse, potentially overlapping with middleware.
Ensuring seamless business intelligence (BI) and data warehousing (DWH) reporting.
This specific role focuses on the BI/DWH stream within the Flexcube transformation project, ensuring seamless business and regulatory reporting amidst the source system change.
What will you do with us?The Project Manager will lead the BI/DWH stream of the Flexcube transformation project
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle for the BI/DWH stream.
Coordinating with various stakeholders to define and document product and process requirements.
Developing and executing a migration strategy and ensuring business and operational readiness.
Facilitating end-user training and ensuring comprehensive test case documentation.
Managing the integration and configuration of Flexcube with existing systems to maintain reporting accuracy and compliance.
Managing dependencies across the four major streams and ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Identifying and managing risks, and escalating issues as necessary.

What do we expect from you?
Solid educational and practical experience in IT, with over 10 years in the industry, ideally with hands-on experience in software development, data warehousing, and system integration.
Project Management Experience:
Over 5 years of project management experience, with significant involvement in at least one Core Banking system transformation and/or BI/DWH transformation.
Reporting Processes:
A good understanding of business and regulatory reporting processes is highly desirable.
Skills:
Excellent organizational, presentational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Dependencies and Risk Management:
Proficiency in managing dependencies and risks, with a proactive approach to escalation.
Availability:
The perfect candidate will be able to work from time to time on-site in Vilnius, Lithuania. (this is not a must-have requirement)
