This position is seeking an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about quality in everything they do while managing the implementation of Aristocrat Interactive products, and will work closely with regional Class II commercial portfolio management governance, Aristocrat Interactive regulatory and QA engagement teams, internal local and offsite development teams, product development teams, program management schedules and dependencies, external vendors/suppliers and provide overall reporting across Aristocrat Interactive iGaming project management. The role is responsible for coordinating multiple teams in a matrix environment in Aristocrat Interactive iGaming while having an eye to detail and focus on end results will be critical to success. You will meet great people and build a foundational understanding of Aristocrat Interactive iGaming Products and the environment in which we thrive. Your contribution to the directives of this role will allow the company to be a high-performance environment and deliver a robust and exciting gaming experience to our customers.
The Part You’ll Play:
Planning, Control and monitoring the project from initiation trough the project life cycle and until its full implementation.
Analyzing and managing project risks.
Working closely with Business, Marketing, Operations, Product, Design, Tech and scrum feature teams.
Working with large global customers and vendors on complex software projects.
Willingness to also work with different time zone hours.
Solve problems throughout project life cycle, balance the needs of both business and engineering team members.
Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Ability to meet licensing requirements in US Tribal jurisdictions.
Develop a firm timetable for the installation, discusses the project plan, establishes meeting dates and project milestones.
Compile reporting using company templates for executive review.
Postmortem lessons learned.
What You’ll Need to Win This Role:
Tech savvy – must
Very stress resistant, prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with no strict processes.
At least 7 years of experience as Project Manager from software international companies – must.
Customer facing experience – must.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent- Advantage.
Excellent written and verbal English level and presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills and assertiveness.
Prioritization abilities, good judgement, well organized, detail oriented, and ability to keep track of multiple projects and risks.
Creative thinking and team player.
High level of independence and can operate comfortably with ambiguity and structure.
Strong orientation for customer service and cross-collaborative team support.
Proficient with Microsoft Project, Monday.com, SharePoint, Confluence and Jira.
Gaming experience preferred (Class II is a bonus).
