Responsibility for planning and controlling interdisciplinary global corporate projects (Inhouse). Cooperation between HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, IT and Office Management departments. Management of all internal and external project resources. Documentation of project status and report creation for management. Close and cross-functional work with key stakeholders at C-level. Contact person for the overall coordination of projects with different specialist departments (e.g. HR, Finance, Legal). Your profile: Business fluent English skills as a must have. Around 5 years of professional experience in a similar role in an international environment. Experience in planning, managing and controlling classic and agile projects. Able to communicate effectively across functions and levels. High level of understanding of complex processes, procedures and their corresponding implementation in practice. Independent way of working, structured and results-oriented. Quick comprehension and a sense of responsibility as well as discretion and reliability. Strong initiative and self-starter, advanced time management and organizational skills and comfortable working in a virtual environment. Degree in business administration, economics, project management, economics or a comparable qualification.
