We are seeking an experienced Open Text ECM Specialist to join our dynamic team.


The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Open Text Extended ECM, including document and records management, archiving, workflow, and collaboration.


Open Text ECM Specialist We offer: employment contract (full-time) location: Warsaw (hybrid) a competitive salary opportunities for professional growth and development a collaborative and supportive work environment private healthcare Responsibilities: configure and manage business workspaces, cases, and binders for Extended ECM manage, display, and edit archived documents, ensuring long-term availability and compliance with retention policies contribute internal users support, migrations and upgrades collaborate with business teams to optimize the use of Open Text for document management oversee the archiving of documents and other documents in various systems Requirements: proven experience with Open Text Extended ECM Solutions and Content Server modules extensive experience on Installation Configuration, Administration of Open Text Extended ECM excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment building Smart UI for business users based on their roles using perspective manager strong communication and collaboration skills strong understanding of data archiving principles and best practices Additional advantages: have successfully led implementation of at least 1 Open Text Extended ECM experience in Developing and deploying various types of configuration and application components including data/object models, security, workflow/business process components, user interfaces, Open Text Web Forms and Live Report We kindly inform you that we will only respond to selected applications.
