OCZEKIWANIA WZGLĘDEM KANDYDATA:

Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w roli developera w tym min. 1 rok w roli Team / Tech Leadera, Twoje stanowisko obejmowało:

  • zarządzanie zespołem min. 3 osobowym (prowadzenie spotkań 1:1, ustalanie standardów pracy, rozwój techniczny, rozwiązywanie problemów w zespole z pomocą HRBP),
  • uczestniczenie w spotkaniach z klientem zarówno sprzedażowych jak i w sytuacjach kryzysowych,
  • pracę w anglojęzycznym środowisku (zagraniczny klient lub zespół),
  • używanie AI w celu zwiększenia efektywności pracy.

Zaawansowana wiedza techniczna z zakresu:

  • WordPress,
  • PHP,
  • CSS/HTML,
  • VanillaJS,
  • VueJs,
  • MySQL (lub innych systemach zarządzania bazami danych),
  • ACF,
  • WooCommerce,
  • tworzenia niestandardowych wtyczek i motywów.

Płynna znajomość języka angielskiego (min. C1) oraz języka polskiego (min. C1),

Chęć rozwoju w roli managera z naszym wsparciem.

NICE TO HAVE:

Znajomość: Docker, Composer, Vite/WebPack, konfigurowania serwerów na AWS lub/i DigitalOcean, Laravel, GitHub Actions

Znajomość motywu WPSpectra

Kierowanie technicznym rozwojem projektów, określanie ryzyk oraz dbanie o odpowiednie standardy pracy,

Praca nad ofertą działu usługowego wraz z CEO,

Spotkania 1:1 z osobami technicznymi (5 osobowy zespół),

Aktywne uczestniczenie w tworzeniu oferty sprzedażowej pod kątem developmentu oraz spotkania z klientem w finalnej fazie sprzedaży,

Monitorowanie i doskonalenie procesów wpływających na jakość pracy oraz efektywność zespołu.

WYNAGRODZENIE:

B2B: zł netto

Duża rozpiętość widełek wynika z tego, że rozważymy kandydatury zarówno z mniejszym jak i większym doświadczeniem w zarządzaniu zespołem i działem. Ta oferta jest skierowana do osób, które są pewne swoich umiejętności technicznych, mają już za sobą role Team Leadera i chcą rozwijać się w obszarze zarządzania zespołem oraz biznesowym. Rola wciąż obejmuje pracę na projektach w niepełnym wymiarze czasu, jednak docelowo dążymy do tego by wraz ze wzrostem zespołu tego czasu bezpośrednio spędzonego na projektach było coraz mniej.

Nasz dział usługowy przez lata rozszerzał swoją ofertę pokrywajac coraz więcej technologi, niestety nie byla to dobra droga. Aktualnie pracujemy nad oferta skupiajaca sie w okol WordPress (powrot do korzeni). Marka WP Kraken aktualnie przechodzi kompletny re-branding, pracujemy także nad nowa strategia pozyskiwania leadów etc. Chcemy aby usługi które oferujemy były możliwie sproduktyzowane a nie customowe jak do tej pory.
