Could you be the full-time Core Technology Engineering Manager in Katowice we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to DC Director and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
You'll be the a Group Manager, you will interact with all team members, so your communication as well as your motivation skills should be excellent. Ultimately, you should lead by being recognized as a domain authority, committed to achievement.
We’ll look to you for :
Lead a team involved in a set of programs or projects, ensuring quality target and repeatable performances Staff the team and follow-up program/project strategy definition and task execution, delivering as per QCD commitments Identify, generalize and stabilize best practices, proposing deployment Alstom-wide Lead continuous team improvement, plan trainings and coach the team, nurture skill growth and capitalization Stand as reference in your domain, for both your team and your peers Deliver solutions for integrating actionable performance metrics, improving process models and data credibility in the progressionAll about you

Bachelor’s degree of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, etc. Able to demonstrate tool and process knowledge in specific group ( a Performance Manager would be desirable to have Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt certification) Engineering and processes background Experience in project/program execution and management Specific hands-on experience in his own Métier/Domain Experience and understanding in project effort estimation Knowledge of several Alstom platform Experience in performance/ processes & governance/ workload/ planning management or related field Comprehensive understanding of governance models and balanced scorecards in a technical environment Compressive understanding of Data Analysis and performance reporting Experience of working in multicultural and international environments Excellent communication and leadership skills Open-minded, motivated and results driven. (Self) entrepreneurial Organizational and time-management skills Decision-making skills Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, escalate issues appropriately Keeping information confidential is critical to this position Capability Development (Internal and External) Ability to define and support process improvement with respect to cost and risk management Ability to leading diverse and global teams High degree of communication skills, ability to influenceThings you’ll enjoy
