DNV Global Shared Services (GSS) is hiring a Product Owner for 'MyGSS' - our service management application. As the Product Owner, you will drive the product's performance and development, aligning with the organizational strategy and goals. The focus is on transitioning to a digital world-class shared service organization utilizing AI capabilities extensively.

In this role, you will be part of the GSS Digitalization and Development team (D&D) and report to the Director of Digitalization & Development.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead the strategic direction for MyGSS and track KPIs for success measurement
• Apply future-oriented insights and collaborate with GSS Leadership to ensure delivery of key targets
• Act as a gatekeeper to maintain MyGSS as the primary customer interface
• Drive development using innovation methods and SCRUM methodology
• Oversee the Knowledge-Centered-Service (KCS) approach and enhance it in the organization
• Manage governance setup for MyGSS with IT teams, Business representatives, and KCS team members
• Continuously improve working methods within the MyGSS Governance structure
• Strengthen relationships with the external vendor (BMC)

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Proven experience in the professional services industry with a good grasp of shared services business models
• Extensive digital tools and development background
• Leadership experience, focusing on effective delegation and team growth
• Ability to challenge organizational effectiveness, driving continuous process improvement
• Forethought on market trends, impact assessment, and adaptation strategies
• Strategic thinking, growth mindset, and operational monitoring capabilities
• Experience in a cross-cultural environment, demonstrating respect, understanding, and effective communication at all levels
• Strong analytical skills, utilizing data-driven insights for change implementation
• Self-motivated, resilient, and adept at handling work pressure
• Effective communication, pragmatic approach, relationship-building, and influencing skills
• Proficient written and verbal English skills at a minimum C1 level
