Senior Research Analyst

We provide global support to the Refinitiv due diligence business by outsourcing work to subcontractors at the same time building and maintaining relationships with them, ensuring quality control standards, improving source availability, cost-effectiveness and improving related procedures.

SOME OF THE DAILY TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM:

Outsource the case assignment to vendors according to the vendor capacity and jurisdiction

Response to vendor query within the time frame

Supervise and ensure vendor dedication and report due on timely manner

Liaise with both internal & external parties in providing information and verification as well as communicate the information to relevant parties to ensure on time delivery.

Receive and preliminary check the completeness of vendor report

Source potential vendor and assist on-boarding the new vendor

Update the vendor pricing workbook, vendor performance log within the require time frame, update vendor public holiday log

Partnership with stakeholders to reduce the global cost of outsourced work through agreements revision and more cost-efficient providers identification

Negotiate better pricing with vendor

Analyze and prepare monthly operations data.

Handle ad-hoc assignments from time to time related to training vendors, materials preparation, providing required data to management, etc.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING

Proficiency in English.

Excellent communications and negotiation skills – written and spoken.

Organizational skills

Problem-solving and positive demeanour

Analytical skills and time management skills.

Experience of work prioritization and attention to details

DESIRED SKILLS:

Research experience, especially in the AML/KYC/EDD/Financial field

Knowledge of RDD products and methodology

Presentations / Trainings preparation and delivery skills
