Description

We are looking for Senior KYC Analyst to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team to support our client in a large scale KYC (Know Your Client) project. You will be part of our KYC Managed Service Team, located in our office in Gydnia and responsible for the processing of KYC files. The KYC Analyst will conduct end to end CDD (Customer Due Diligence) reviews across a broad range of jurisdictions and entity types within a fast-paced project environment. This role requires an individual to have a core focus in delivering high quality work within project deadlines and a proven ability to apply a consistent approach to KYC processes whilst adhering to regulatory requirements and client procedures.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Performing remediation / on-boarding and / or periodic KYC reviews for our clientGathering and analysing KYC documentation in accordance with the clients AML policy requirements to identify and close any gapsSourcing of data from approved public sources using the methods outlined in policies and proceduresConstruction of KYC packs utilising the required information and documentation in accordance with client policy and proceduresEnsuring that key stakeholders are kept informed on progress or bottlenecks within the end-to-end KYC review processEscalation to the appropriate teams where information cannot be sourced or provided / where prior exceptions have been granted on existing files and / or where additional sign off required to proceedDirect outreach to client departments where applicable (such as Front Office) to obtain information and documentation required to complete KYC/CDD reviewsConducting screening checks using third party tools to identify Sanctions, PEPs, and Adverse Media in relation to the entities and related parties subject to screening policies and procedure

Experience in AML/KYC due diligence rolesFamiliarity with AML/KYC regulations and industry guidelinesGeneral knowledge of AML Typologies /Red FlagsFamiliarity with the end-to-end process for client on-boarding and periodic reviews including: exposure to performing due diligence on both publicly and internally sourced information / documentation, Ownership Dilution, Screening (for PEPs, Sanctions, Adverse Media, High Risk Industries) qualitative and quantitative risk assessments using information gathered)Knowledge of due diligence requirements on a broad range of entity typeExperience in handling / managing and understanding large amounts of complex dataAbility to work both independently and collaboratively with team members and other departmentsAbility to work efficiently in a fast paced targeted environment against deadlines and SLAsAbility to communicate in a clear, concise and digestible manner both verbally and in written form

Desirable

Experience working within Investment/Corporate banking or a service provider environmentIf you have any transferable skills within data, compliance, or underwriting we are open to applicants with this background

This is a fixed term contract/permanent full-time position located in Gydnia. For this role a valid working permit for Poland is mandatory.

Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client’s offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client’s policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our client’s now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require. However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 days and even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our client demands.
