At Ardigen, you will help in the development of Machine Learning systems for computer-aided drug design. The mission of our team is to increase the efficiency of the process of drug discovery through phenotypic screening and AI.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Productizing Machine Learning research results.
  • Designing, developing, and deploying Machine Learning systems using an on-premise infrastructure.
  • Integrating our solutions into client's pipelines.
  • Working in cooperation with a foreign client (English-speaking environment; no late evening calls).
  • Implementing new features and improving existing ones.
  • Writing unit and integration tests.
  • Creating project documentation.
  • Performing code reviews.
  • Refactoring code.
  • Fixing bugs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant commercial experience.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with bash and git.
  • Engineering mindset.
  • Knowledge of Software Engineering good practices (code reviews, testing, SOLID principles).
  • Understanding of Machine Learning process (training, validation, evaluation, inference, cross-validation, metrics).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work from our office in Kraków 3 days per week.
