Join Us as an Intern Talent Sourcer

We are on the lookout for a talented individual fluent in German to join our Recruitment Squad. Be a part of our mission to consistently deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sourcing strategies by identifying, engaging, and evaluating candidates through various social media platforms, tools, and methods.
  • Create and manage recruitment campaigns to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with Recruiters and HR professionals to align on role requirements and serve as a subject matter expert in the talent market.
  • Map the market and maintain robust talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Leverage data to enhance sourcing metrics, derive insights, and establish action plans that align with the overall Talent Acquisition strategy.
  • No prior experience as a Talent Sourcer is necessary, as we will provide all required training.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum C1 level) is a must for this role.
  • Proficiency in German (minimum C1 level) is crucial for this position.
  • Proficiency in Russian is a bonus.
  • Any additional language skills are advantageous.
