Działamy na zasadzie subskrypcyjnego modelu HR on Demand lub on Board, oferując kompleksowe wsparcie w zakresie rekrutacji, komunikacji oraz nowoczesnego przywództwa. O co chodzi w tej roli?

Dołączając do naszego zespołu, będziesz odpowiedzialny/a za poszukiwanie kandydatów na różne stanowiska oraz współpracę z naszymi klientami, w tym startupami, inwestorami i rozwijającymi się firmami. Twój zakres obowiązków będzie obejmował również obserwowanie trendów rynkowych i dzielenie się nimi z zespołem HR Hints oraz naszymi klientami.

  • Doświadczenia w rekrutacji oraz umiejętności prowadzenia researchu,
  • nie są Ci straszne wskaźniki i monitorowanie/analizowanie swojej pracy,
  • umiejętności swobodnej komunikacji w języku angielskim,
  • solidności, rzetelności oraz pracowitości,
  • podejścia "get the job done",
