Job Purpose

TechnipFMC has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager for the North Europe region.

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads and manages all aspects of the talent acquisition function in the region. Responsible for the operational daily management of the talent acquisition team, strategic planning, process improvement, stakeholder management and the execution of our People & Culture objectives in collaboration with Global Talent Acquisition team, HRBPs and our Global Business Services (GBS) provider Hub India.

Job Description
  • Lead the daily operations of the regional talent acquisition team, providing Recruiters with advice on best practice, techniques, and support on more complex activities.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the regional GBS talent acquisition team, optimising utilisation and ensuring a high quality service delivery.
  • Actively engage with Business Leaders and Hiring Managers to develop strong business acumen and identify our future talent acquisition and skills needs.
  • Responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the regional talent acquisition strategy, using frequent analysis of the market, trends and hiring and onboarding data to enhance effectiveness.
  • Support the development of a data driven talent acquisition function, maintaining a focus on metrics, standards, KPI's, encouraging accountability and implementing measures for improvement.
  • Drive process standardisation, automation and quality enhancements of key processes and practices, with a particular focus on maximising the utilisation of our ATS as the source of truth for data analytics
  • Act as a guardian for Global Talent Acquisition processes, understanding the local needs within the region and aligning at every opportunity.
  • Partner with HRIS to continuously develop and enhance the Company's ATS, delivering efficient and effective hiring tools from the perspective of all stakeholders.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and our global Talent function to encourage hiring diverse talent and support internal mobility through providing an excellent experience for our internal talent.
  • Champion our global Inclusion and Diversity strategy and closely collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team to achieve our I&D goals and represent the region on global projects.
  • Promote TechnipFMC as an employer of choice, identifying, coordinating, and attending career fairs at universities, schools, and trade events across the region.
  • Manage the delivery of the regional graduate and internship hiring programs, designing innovative recruitment campaigns, coordinating assessment centres, and building strong university relations.
  • Create effective talent pipelines by supporting the business to design and implement creative recruitment campaigns on the TechnipFMC Careers Page, PoP, Local Landing Pages, LinkedIn, and social media channels.
  • Oversee the entire candidate end to end experience to deliver a best in class recruitment and onboarding experience for candidates.
You are meant for this job if:
  • Previously worked in a team lead or managerial capacity.
  • Experience in developing regional talent acquisition strategies, processes, and policies.
  • A genuine passion for talent acquisition and delivering a best in class candidate experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships across all levels.
  • An operational, hands on approach with a strong focus on high quality service delivery.
  • A creative flare for designing innovative recruitment campaigns and social media content.
  • Experience working in complex global Shared Services environment.
  • Project management skills focused on ATS development, optimisation, and process improvement and SAP SuccessFactors user experience.
