This crucial role, based in Kraków and reporting to the People & Culture Manager, will play a central part in attracting and retaining top talent while enhancing our cultural landscape and fostering connections across Poland and the Nordics. About the role:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organisational goals and workforce planning needs.
  • Employer Branding: Oversee and enhance employer branding initiatives and the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a seamless alignment with the organisation's values and culture.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a small team of recruiters and an employer branding specialist, providing mentorship, coaching, and support to achieve team goals and individual development.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilise recruitment metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that optimise recruitment outcomes.
  • HR Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with HR business partners and key stakeholders to understand business priorities, workforce requirements, offering strategic insights and solutions.
  • Talent Development Strategy: Co-design, implement, and evaluate effective L&D programs that address the needs of employees at all levels, including leadership development, soft skills training, and technical skills enhancement
  • Internal Partnerships: Cooperate with internal partners in the Nordics to exchange valuable insights and local market knowledge, with the aim of advocating for the company development.
  • External Partnerships: Oversee relationships with external partners , including recruitment agencies, universities, and industry networks, to expand talent pipelines and enhance employer brand visibility.
  • Software and Tools Management: Oversee the integration and optimization of talent acquisition software and tools to enhance recruitment efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process, ensuring equitable access to opportunities.

About you:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in both English and Polish is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years in talent acquisition & employer branding, or related HR functions
  • Experience or a strong interest in talent development , capable of contributing to strategies and programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills , able to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Strategic mindset with a history of aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Experience in data analysis and adept at presenting detailed reports to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication , presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems , and familiar with other HR technologies, including recruitment marketing platforms and tools.
  • Dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organisation.
  • Readiness to work in a hybrid schedule, with two days per week in the office.
