WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A passionate individual with expertise in Talent Acquisition, particularly in roles like Finance, Procurement, and Human Resources for Shared Service Center and Centers of Expertise.
  • A candidate with a university degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment within an international company or agency.
  • Someone dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for both candidates and line managers.
  • A collaborative professional who can effectively work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Someone with a good grasp of the job market, proficient in various candidate sourcing and assessment methods.
  • An action-oriented problem solver with the ability to juggle multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
  • A proactive individual with a mindset for process enhancement and innovation.
  • Experience with ATS systems, especially Avature, is a bonus.
  • Fluency in English is a must.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

We are looking for talented individuals to join our People & Culture Department in supporting PMI SCE in Krakow, Poland.

  • Independently manage the full candidate life cycle from recruitment to onboarding.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and provide proactive support and advice throughout the process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
  • Contribute to employer branding activities and HR initiatives.
  • Handle reporting, analysis, and maintain the ATS system, offering recommendations for improvements based on recruitment metrics.
