Poszukujemy ambitnego, energicznego i samodzielnego lidera zespołu rekrutacyjnego IT, który dołączy do naszego zespołu Ta rola jest przeznaczona dla kogoś, kto jest doskonałym wielozadaniowcem i potrafi żonglować zadaniami własnymi i całego zespołu.

Będziesz odpowiedzialna/-y za planowanie, rozwijanie i wdrażanie produktywnej strategii pozyskiwania talentów dla naszej firmy, a także dostarczanie kluczowych wskaźników, które zostały Ci powierzone.

Obowiązki:

  • Samodzielne pozyskiwanie najlepszych kandydatów i prowadzenie złożonych procesów rekrutacyjnych.
  • Tworzenie i budowanie strategii pozyskiwania talentów dla całej firmy.
  • Prowadzenie zespołu 3 rekruterów, w tym wspieranie i rozwijanie zespołu poprzez regularną komunikację, planowanie.
  • Wprowadzanie innowacji w zakresie praktyk rekrutacyjnych poprzez wykorzystanie nowych metod lub kanałów. Zwracanie uwagi na talenty dostępne na rynku i odpowiednie planowanie.
  • Motywowanie zespołu w celu zapewnienia wysokiego Candidate Experience.
  • Monitorowanie trendów rynkowych w zakresie praktyk rekrutacyjnych i upewnianie się, że nasza strategia jest zgodna z rynkiem.
  • Uczestniczenie w wydarzeniach i reprezentowanie firmy na wydarzeniach związanych z HR. Networking jest kluczową umiejętnością na tym stanowisku.
  • Zarządzanie wszystkimi opisami stanowisk na rynku, zapewniając ich wysoką jakość i dokładność.
  • Sporządzanie miesięcznych raportów z działań zespołu.
  • Rozwijanie relacji z zewnętrznymi agencjami rekrutacyjnymi i firmami rekrutacyjnymi.
  • Umiejętność zarządzania wieloma nakładającymi się na siebie procesami i projektami, skutecznego ustalania priorytetów i dotrzymywania terminów.

Wynagrodzenie: PLN brutto UoP, PLN net B2B

  • Doświadczenie w rekrutacji oraz prowadzeniu zespołu (jako Team Leader/ Team Coordinator).
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w firmie z branży IT, mile widziane w agencji e-commerce.
  • Doświadczenie w tworzeniu raportów.
  • Doskonałe umiejętności prezentacyjne, analityczne, rozwiązywania problemów i organizacyjne.
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego (w mowie i piśmie).
  • Biegła znajomość języka polskiego (w mowie i piśmie).
  • Znajomość pełnego cyklu rekrutacji i technik employer brandingu.
  • Znajomość różnych metod selekcji (wywiady, zadania, testy psychologiczne itp.).
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z narzędziami rekrutacyjnymi: ATS, Linkedin Recruiter Lite, itp.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z Jirą.
  • Umiejętność motywowania pracowników.
  • Zdolność do samodzielnej pracy, umiejętność ustalania priorytetów i rzetelność w dotrzymywaniu terminów.
  • Praktyczna znajomość sposobów mierzenia skuteczności, jakości i efektywności procesu rekrutacji.
