Meet our Team

The Storage Operations Engineer will support the Services and Organisations Sales Operations department, which manages and supports large management services accounts, mainly within EMEA, with accounts such as UBS, BMW, Nomura, and Novartis.

The Role

The Strategic Sales Operations Manager oversees the business's sales operations, aiming to achieve market share, revenue, and margin goals. Responsibilities include developing sales plans, strategies, and policies, managing deal strategies, performing capacity planning, and ensuring revenue recognition. They provide insights into customer and competitive dynamics, prioritize sales projects, and develop value propositions. The manager establishes sales standards, manages budgetary controls, and fosters multi-functional collaboration. With a blend of technical and business skills, they drive business results and optimize goals within the constraints of the business.

Requirements
  • Strong Sales Operations Experience
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills - naturally social and outgoing personality, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with customers and build rapport is crucial for success in this role.
  • Willingness to Learn and a proactive attitude towards learning.
