The Role

The Strategic Sales Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the business, with the goal of achieving market share, revenue, and margin targets. Their duties include developing sales plans, strategies, and policies, managing deal strategies, conducting capacity planning, and ensuring revenue recognition. Additionally, they offer insights into customer and competitive dynamics, prioritize sales projects, and create value propositions. The manager sets sales standards, oversees budgetary controls, and promotes cross-functional collaboration. Utilizing a combination of technical and business skills, they drive business outcomes and optimize goals while working within the organization's constraints.

Requirements

  • Strong Sales Operations Experience
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills - possessing a naturally social and outgoing personality with exceptional communication abilities
  • Ability to engage with customers and build rapport, a critical aspect of success in this position
  • Willingness to Learn and a proactive approach to learning
