They are currently looking for an experienced Europe Programme Manager with significant program and project management experience. Position Overview

The Europe Programme Manager will be responsible for shaping a sustainable regulatory reporting framework. By putting their strong program and project management skills to use, they will work alongside different teams to coordinate communication, track progress, monitor delivery, and manage risks. This crucial role advances the global bank's mission of making banking simple, personal, and fair while ensuring regulatory requirements are met.

Responsibilities
  • Implement a sustainable regulatory reporting framework, improving policies, and standards.
  • Coordinate with teams across the bank to manage plans and align on common goals.
  • Keep track of progress, monitor delivery, and be responsible for risk management.
  • Promote a culture of control awareness and good practice within the organisation.
  • Prepare materials for governance and provide program and project support.
Requirements
  • Strong program and project management experience in a financial setting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory reporting and controls is essential.
  • Familiarity with regulators and regulatory reporting practices
  • Finance and regulatory audit background is highly desirable.
  • Preference for fully qualified accountants
  • Excellent communication skills and keen problem-solving abilities
