  • Odpowiedzialność za całość aspektów finansowo-księgowych w organizacji;
  • Zarządzanie 4-osobowym zespołem księgowym;
  • Zapewnienie zgodności ksiąg rachunkowych z obowiązującymi przepisami UoR i MSR oraz przepisami prawa podatkowego;
  • Kompleksowa koordynacja procesów zamknięcia miesiąca i roku, w tym przygotowywanie comiesięcznych raportów finansowych;
  • Zapewnienie poprawności i terminowości sprawozdawczości statutowej, podatkowej i prawnej (obowiązek raportowania do US, NBP, GUS, inne);
  • Monitorowanie zmian w krajowym prawie podatkowym oraz informowanie i koordynowanie zmian w organizacji;
  • Reprezentacja Spółek przed krajowymi jednostkami kontroli finansowo-podatkowej;
  • Budżetowanie oraz prognozowanie (w tym analiza odchyleń), raportowanie oraz przygotowywanie analiz i zestawień finansowych;
  • Ścisła współpraca z operacjami i Zarządem firmy, w tym wspieranie w podejmowaniu decyzji biznesowych poprzez rekomendację rozwiązań.
Rola dla osoby z doświadczeniem na stanowisku Głównego_ej Księgowego_ej|Prężnie rozwijająca się spółka z sektora handlowo-produkcyjno-usługowego
  • wykształcenie kierunkowe (ekonomia, finanse i rachunkowość lub pokrewne);
  • min. 10 lat doświadczenia zawodowego w obszarze finansowo-księgowym, w tym min. 3 letnie doświadczenie na stanowisku Głównego Księgowego w międzynarodowej spółce;
  • ugruntowana teoretyczna i praktyczna wiedza z obszaru rachunkowości finansowej (UoR, preferowana znajomość MSRE) i zarządczej;
  • min. 3-letnie doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem, wysokie umiejętności w rozwijaniu i motywowaniu ludzi;
  • wysokie umiejętności w obszarze analizy, wnioskowania i rekomendowania rozwiązań;
  • wysokie umiejętności w obszarze komunikacji, nawiązywania i utrzymywania relacji, otwartość na dialog, podejście partnerskie;
  • odpowiedzialność, sprawczość, decyzyjność, energia w działaniu;
  • znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie dobrym - optymalnie poziom B2;
  • bardzo dobre umiejętności techniczne (MS Office, w tym zaawansowana znajomość MS Excel, systemy klasy ERP).
  • realny rozwój w roli Finance Managera: ciekawe zadania, dużo nauki i plan na onbording w ciągu pierwszych 12 miesięcy pracy;
  • praca w firmie o krótkim procesie decyzyjnym (ścisła współpraca z GM-em i Group CFO), z bardzo sympatyczną atmosferą;
