O projekcie, Zespół IT Consulting SAP zajmuje się doradztwem strategicznym i operacyjnym dla funkcji IT. Konsultanci działu wspierają Klientów począwszy od przygotowania wdrożeń nowych systemów informatycznych, poprzez rozwiązywanie problemów związanych z transformacją cyfrową przedsiębiorstw, aż do budowy systemów informatycznych dla firm w Polsce i za granicą. Poszukiwana osoba wesprze dział przy realizacji projektów na potrzeby klientów KPMG związanych z analizą wymagań, wyborem rozwiązań oraz realizacją wdrożeń systemów SAP HR.
Twój zakres obowiązków, analiza potrzeb biznesowych klienta oraz tworzenie koncepcji i specyfikacji biznesowo-technicznych dla proponowanych rozwiązań systemu SAP HR, budowanie strategii rozwoju klientów, implementacja systemu SAP S/4HANA for HR, SAP Success Factors zarówno dla klientów KPMG w Polsce jak i za granicą, wsparcie w procesach sprzedażowych, utrzymywanie pozytywnych relacji biznesowych z klientami, współpraca z innymi zespołami w zakresie realizowanych projektów
znajomość obszaru SAP HR, przejście przez minimum 1 cykl wdrożeniowy SAP Success Factors lub 3 lata doświadczenia w utrzymaniu systemu SAP Success Factors, dogłębna znajomość co najmniej jednego modułu i konfiguracji SAP Success Factors, znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym, umiejętności analitycznego myślenia i nastawienie na rozwiązywanie problemów, umiejętność modelowania procesów, umiejętności komunikatywne i pracy w zespole, prowadzenie warsztatów wewnętrznych i z Klientem
