In a nutshell

At IPFD digital customer journey is the core of our operations. From the initial steps of targeting customers on the market, effective acquisition, funnel conversion to disbursement the analysis and data tracking is vital for our business performance.

Your primary area of focus is to contribute to ongoing optimizations across marketing and product flows. You will support us in planning and also implementing the overall user research strategy and methods. Keywords in Your everyday work would be customer behaviour and optimisation. A/B testing, conversion, UX reporting, analysis and exploration, advanced GTH, and educating our different markets.

Your daily tasks:

  • Plan and conduct user research at every stage of the product's life cycle, using a range of different methods and techniques to get to know the end user;
  • Implementing continuous feedback loops, to improve our product and ensure ongoing just-in-time user data;
  • Support senior management, product and marketing team members with analysing efficiency of online and offline marketing campaigns, new product releases;
  • Perform 360 user analytics on web and mobile. Google Tag Manager 360 maintenance - from basic built-in tags to custom Javascript;
  • Contribute to robust measurement and reporting infrastructure;
  • Analysing the performance data and lead the optimization process together with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Maintenance of the tools (Google Analytics, Adjust/Appsflyer/Tune, Firebase, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, etc);
  • A/B and multivariate testing (VWO) and user behaviour analytics (Hotjar);
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports on key metrics to facilitate monitoring and insights sharing, visualize and automize reports;
  • Support the maintenance of Google Cloud infrastructure related to the analytics setup;
  • Additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business change and expand.

Skills

  • Strong project management skills being able to manage multiple projects at the same time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with colleagues at all levels and across all functions and territories
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Digital experience is of paramount importance including the ability to understand all aspects of digital marketing and analysis
  • Working effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team
  • Fluency in written and verbal business English (Essential)

Knowledge

  • In-depth understanding of UI design, web usability and user-centred design methodologies
  • Solid knowledge of web and mobile analytics tools (Google Analytics, SQL database environment, MS Excel, Adjust/Appsflyer/Tune, Firebase, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, etc)

Experience

  • Experience of working on agile development projects and being able to manage multiple streams of work within development projects to time and budget
  • Experience with Javascript and Python is a plus
  • Ideally worked within digital consumer finance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in the sciences
  • Experience in a similar position at least 2 years
