Job Title: Data Analytics Specialist at Loyalty Platform Company

  • Coordinate gathering requirements related to processes associated with the loyalty platform.
  • Coordinate tasks related to the production implementation of system solutions associated with the loyalty platform.
  • Ongoing collaboration with external support teams in problem-solving (collaboration with development and testing teams).
  • Continuous actions to improve the efficiency of existing processes, including monitoring sales and website traffic.
  • Support the development of web analytics and participate in various projects.
  • Design and implement A/B tests to verify and recommend the best solutions.
  • Provide support to e-commerce teams in delivering analyses, analytical tools, and data. This includes, among others:
    • Preparation of reports based on Google Analytics data.
    • Data analysis in the context of identifying key information related to User experience (as well as potential enhancements and optimizations, areas of improvement).

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools, particularly Google Analytics.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw key conclusions.
  • Experience in designing and implementing A/B tests.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • English language proficiency.
