Senior Project Manager (Inhouse)

How you will create an impact:
  • Responsibility for planning and controlling interdisciplinary global corporate projects (Inhouse).
  • Cooperation between HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, IT and Office Management departments.
  • Management of all internal and external project resources.
  • Documentation of project status and report creation for management.

  • Close and cross-functional work with key stakeholders at C-level.
  • Contact person for the overall coordination of projects with different specialist departments (e.g. HR, Finance, Legal).



Your profile:
  • Business fluent English skills as a must have.
  • Around 5 years of professional experience in a similar role in an international environment.
  • Experience in planning, managing and controlling classic and agile projects.
  • Able to communicate effectively across functions and levels.
  • High level of understanding of complex processes, procedures and their corresponding implementation in practice.
  • Independent way of working, structured and results-oriented.
  • Quick comprehension and a sense of responsibility as well as discretion and reliability.
  • Strong initiative and self-starter, advanced time management and organizational skills and comfortable working in a virtual environment.
  • Degree in business administration, economics, project management, economics or a comparable qualification.
