Job Summary

  • The WW CO HyperX Finance lead is a critical finance role to give support to the WW CO HyperX Category team to support the profitable growth of the Gaming accessory business worldwide within the Gaming division of WW CO CPS. This role requires strong linkage with Market Finance and Category teams as well as with SC Finance.
The role is responsible for driving financial management by analysing, reporting, and reconciling financial and operational results. The role drives process improvements, provides expert counsel, represents the business unit/organization, contributing to operational and strategic success.


This person will work very closely with the business team on Flash, MEC, contra tracking, financial results analysis, management of change for new processes or new systems and tools.

This person will support the business team and act as their trusted advisor on a day-to-day basis while solving complex business cases.

Responsibilities

  • Manage WW HyperX P&L and connect with HyperX market teams
  • MEC, Outlook/Flash, exit estimations, reporting including SBTN, contra tracking, deals analysis
  • Consults with business leaders to guide and influence tactical as well long-term and strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
  • Presents and explains forecasts, results to senior management.
  • Forecasts financial results within a broad scope and push for forecasting accuracy.
  • Leads and advises on complex business initiatives by closely cooperating with several finance analysts across the 8 markets.
  • Drives process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function globally.
  • Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes.
Education & Experience Recommended

  • First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
  • Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
  • Typically experienced in a variety of finance functions.
Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Superior business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, EBP, PowerBI).
  • Superior communication and influencing skills.
  • Attention to details and ability to find the right balance between detailed and high-level view.
