Purpose Of Role:
The primary aim of this position is to actively participate in the business development process by creating precise, top-notch, and engaging proposals, information requests, and questionnaires for potential institutional clients and consultants.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with client-facing teams to assess proposal requirements and make bid/no-bid decisions
- Overseeing the timely completion of RFPs/RFIs/DDQs by setting priorities and deadlines for drafting, data collection, review, and final approval
- Working closely with internal subject matter experts to craft unique responses that are both clear and persuasive
- Gathering data on performance, characteristics, and personnel for RFPs/RFIs/DDQs
- Maintaining consistency in the firm's branding, product messaging, and tone throughout the documentation
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements by collaborating with subject matter experts to mitigate reputational risks
- Continuously seeking ways to enhance and streamline the processes of the RFP team
- Recording and organizing data for RFP reporting metrics
Qualifications and Skills:
Requirements for the internship position include:
- Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in finance
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Interest in asset management and implementing investment strategies
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Some exposure to optimization techniques
Specific qualifications for supporting the Global Proposal Management Team are:
- Excellent analytical and research capabilities
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a diverse team
- Proficiency in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective prioritization skills to manage projects and workflow for timely and accurate results
Education Requirements:
- Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in finance
Previous Experience:
- Previous internship in a financial institution preferred
- Prior experience in project management is a plus
