Retail Country Manager Your responsibilities Reporting to the Founder /CEO, you will be responsible for the leadership of the country teams, the expansion and opening of new stores in the country, ensuring their proper functioning with continuous quality control.

Land and adapt brand standards to the country. Supervise and manage the store opening plan in the country. Team leadership. Ensure compliance with objectives and control of KPI's. Control and manage budgets.

You will act as an ambassador of our brand in the country, ensuring the procedures and standards of the company.

Our requirements Minimum 4 years experience working as Country Manager in leading companies in Retail. Experience managing store openings in Poland. Residence or availability to reside in Warsov.

Good level of English (Spanish will be a plus)Driving license and availability to travel We are looking for an autonomous, organized person with outstanding leadership skills.
