poranna odprawa/catch-up Team Leadera z zespołem,
procesowanie bieżących zleceń z kraju np. prośba z o zmianę warunków zatrudnienia pracownika w systemach,
kontakt z krajowym HR unitem np. wyjaśnienie błędu w zgłoszeniu do ubezpieczenia,
cd. procesowania w systemie,
FIKA czyli przerwa na kawę (wirtualna lub na biurowym patio),
cotygodniowe spotkanie zespołu np. omówienie bieżących tematów, planów urlopowych, ważne wytyczne od Business Partnera,
praca w Excelu np. wyciąganie raportu z systemu,
rozmowa z Buddym (opiekun w czasie wdrożenia), np. przekazanie kolejnej porcji wiedzy z zakresu danego procesu,
lunch (jeśli w biurze to razem z zespołem),
nauka własna np. e-learning na platformie szkoleniowej z różnic kulturowych lub Excela,
dyżur na "helpline" czyli linii wsparcia pracownika (telefon/e-mail/czat),
przejrzenie firmowych newsów np. sprawdzenie kto wygrał konkurs na najlepsze zdjęcie promujące zdrowy styl życia.

W zespole P&C Austria wspólnie z Młodszymi Specjalistami, Specjalistami i innymi Starszymi Specjalistami będziesz procesować sprawy kadrowo-płacowe pracowników sklepów i spółek IKEA w Austrii. To między innymi odpowiadanie na pytania współpracowników związane z obszarem Administracji Personalnej i Płac (poprzez komunikację mailową i telefoniczną) czy obsługa ich danych personalnych.
