Accounts Payable Specialist with German, Poznań

Role overview

We are currently looking for a specialist to support our financial operations within the accounts payable area with his expertise and skills.

Accounts Payable Team is currently made of 14 experts, dedicated to deliver service for suppliers, local Carlsberg customers and back office.

What you'll be doing

  • Close cooperation with local organization to address and resolve main issues
  • Running analysis on different areas searching for root causes resolution
  • Maintaining requests coming from suppliers and local customers via email and phone
  • Monitoring the workload both on service provider and local side level
  • Ensuring AP processes effectiveness
  • Securing the smooth resolution of queries related to invoice flow
  • Invoice coding
  • Reporting

What we're looking for

We are looking for a person who:

  • Has University Degree in Accounting
  • Is communicative in English and German (both written and spoken)
  • Has strong organizational skills, dedication and accuracy
  • Presents logic and analytical thinking
  • Has fluency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Is independent, self-motivated and customer oriented
  • Enjoys working in a multi-cultural and challenging team environment
