Job Description
AP Accountant
· Process and analyze vendor invoices
· process invoices in timely manner
· Maintain payable aging
· Answer accounts payable inquiries
· Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
· Respond to ADM business inquiries
· Assist with ad-hoc projects
· Assist in month end close procedures
· Assist with internal and external audit queries
· Cover for other Accounts Payable staff while on leave to ensure service levels and processing timescales are met
· monthly supplier reconciliations and timely follow up of reconciling items with supplier
· Assist in process developments
· Other ad-hoc duties at the request of the AP Leader
Profile:
· At least 2 years' experience in accounting roles ( as AP/ StP Accountant or SCC environment )
· Having fluent English skills in speaking and writing (B2), German is a plus
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, etc.)
· Sap 4 Hana knowledge would be an asset
· Problem-solving and analytical skills
· Communication in a clear manner to suppliers, staff and other stakeholders
· Flexible, willing to do what it takes to get the task completed
Willingness to work 3 days per week from our Poznań office.
