Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
Processing vendor invoices, Preparing and executing payment disbursements Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies Communicating effectively with vendors, customers, internal and other external parties. Prepare data for reporting. Participation in the month-end closing process, Everyday contact with other ADM locations, Ensuring daily operations are carried out according to set targets and deadlines, Cooperation with other accountants and support on daily duties, Proactive participation in standardization, automation, and continuous improvement projects Requirements: 1 + of experience in accountancy (preferably in SSC) Willing to learn and develop their knowledge and skills in the accounting area Having fluent English skills in speaking and writing Good knowledge of French is must have Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, etc.) A collaborator with strong customer service skills Problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to function in a deadline-oriented environment while paying attention to details Willingness to work 3 days per week from our Poznań office Permission to work in PolandOur Offer:
