· Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
· Respond to ADM business inquiries
· Assist with ad-hoc projects
· Assist in month end close procedures
· Assist with internal and external audit queries
· Cover for other Accounts Payable staff while on leave to ensure service levels and processing timescales are met
· monthly supplier reconciliations and timely follow up of reconciling items with supplier
· Assist in process developments
· Other ad-hoc duties at the request of the AP Leader
Profile:
· Preferably 1+ of experience as an accountant ( AP/ StP Accountant or SCC environment is a plus)
· Having fluent English skills in speaking and writing, German is a plus
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, etc.)
· A collaborator with strong customer service skills
· Problem-solving and analytical skills
· Ability to function in a deadline-oriented environment while paying attention to details
· Flexible, willing to do what it takes to get the task completed
Willingness to work 3 days per week from our Poznań office.
