Job Description

Your Responsibilities

Coding, processing and analyzing vendor invoices Processing invoices in timely manner Maintain payable aging Answer accounts payable inquiries and audit queries Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date Respond to ADM business inquiries - everyday contact with other ADM locations in European countries Implementing improvements within the scope of accounting processes Assist with ad-hoc projects Support the process of closing and reporting financial results Other ad-hoc duties at the request of the AP Leader Cover for other Accounts Payable staff while on leave to ensure service levels and processing timescales are met

Your Profile

Possessing accounting knowledge Master degree (financial studies will be appreciated) Professional experience in SSC or in the field of accounting is a must Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Having English skills Very good communication skills Efficiently use of MS Office (particular Excel) willing to learn and develop their knowledge and skills
