Main Responsibilities:
Human Resources Proficiency
- Acting as a go-to expert for managers and directors (hailing from the finance Shared Service Center)
- Driving change and implementing policies and procedures company-wide
- Proactively seeking ways to enhance organizational processes and results; applying solutions that adhere to global HR best practices
Stakeholder Engagement
- Mediating challenging interactions among different organizational parties to achieve optimal results; resolving escalated conflicts between stakeholders
Business Understanding
- Implementing HR strategies to advance key business objectives; offering HR guidance, collaborating with experts to devise necessary solutions
- Possessing a comprehensive understanding of the organization and its operations; using business and HR metrics to facilitate business decisions
Consulting
- Collaborating with managers, directors, and HR to proactively implement business solutions, leveraging HR expertise; assisting managers with HR projects
- Providing coaching to managers and directors on HR and business-related matters
Leadership
- Executing programs, policies, and procedures to foster an engaged and high-performing organizational culture
- Implementing effective solutions and interventions to address issues related to retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development, collaborating with experts as needed
HR Analysis
- Interpreting data and offering recommendations; posing essential questions for data evaluation; collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to managers and proposing solutions that align with the culture and defined HR strategy
- Analyzing the root causes of workplace issues; managing interventions and solutions in partnership with key stakeholders
Key qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of professional experience required - prior HR experience, including supporting various functions and engaging with COE's and business leaders, is a must
- 8+ years of progressively responsible HR experience with demonstrated expertise at the manager or HRBP level is preferred
- Solid skills in facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influencing, negotiation, and project management
- Proven business acumen and analytical capabilities alongside the ability to forge relationships and influence diverse groups
- Demonstrated capability in implementation and execution
- Aptitude for engaging with individuals at all levels within the organization, including multicultural environments
- Proficiency in navigating change processes within complex systems
