Roles & Responsibilities:

• Audit expense reports from team members.
• Ensure compliance with company expense policies.
• Resolve expense queries for employees.
• Coordinate with Payroll for reimbursements and deductions.
• Collaborate with Corporate Treasury on credit card matters.
• Administer Concur and update employees on policy changes.
• Provide financial reports to managers as needed.
• Support employee training on Concur.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Maths and English.
• Background in Accounting/Finance (preferred).

Experience:

• Prior finance/administration experience.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Familiarity with expense management systems.
